2. AI Best Nearby Match
AI Best Nearby Match uses signal-based logic over information users choose to share to surface potentially relevant nearby people. Signals may include: shared interests, selected vibe, current status, connection intentions, shared activities, professional interests where relevant, profile information, approximate proximity and current availability to connect.
Recommendations are suggestions. They do not guarantee compatibility, friendship, safety, a successful meeting, professional suitability or any relationship outcome.
3. Why This Match?
Where shown, match explanations use real signals from the profiles involved — for example shared interests, similar networking goals or both people being open to connection. Explanations are not randomly generated.
4. Photo Verification
An automated comparison checks whether a newly captured live photo appears to match profile photos. Details, consent and data handling are explained in Photo Verification & Biometric Privacy.
5. Moderation and safety automation
Automated tools may flag spam, suspicious activity or potentially prohibited content for review. Enforcement decisions follow the Content Moderation, Reports & Appeals Policy, which includes human review and appeals.

6. Third-party AI services
No third-party AI provider is currently confirmed for matching or verification processing. If one is engaged, the provider, purpose and data categories will be listed here and in the Privacy Policy before launch. Status: OWNER / LEGAL CONFIRMATION REQUIRED.
7. Automated decisions and human review
- Automation recommends people; it does not decide who you connect with or meet.
- Automation assists the Photo Verification result; verification can be retried if it fails.
- Automation may flag content or accounts for review; enforcement outcomes can be appealed.
