1. Adult-only service
Orrbbit is intended only for people aged 18 years and over. Minors may not create or use accounts, appear as the primary subject of profiles, or use Professional Mode.
2. Zero tolerance
Orrbbit has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, sexualisation of minors, requests for sexual images of minors, or conduct that endangers a child.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
- Any sexual image, video, audio, illustration or description involving a minor.
- Grooming, coercion, sexual conversation, requests to meet or attempts to move a minor off-platform.
- Threatening to share intimate material involving a minor.
- Advertising, facilitating or profiting from child exploitation or trafficking.
- Age misrepresentation intended to access minors or evade age restrictions.
- Sharing personal information that could endanger a child.
- Links, coded language or instructions used to locate or exchange child exploitation material.
4. Age assurance
- Date of birth and 18+ confirmation are required at signup.
- Orrbbit may request additional age or identity verification where risk indicators exist.
- Accounts reasonably suspected to belong to minors may be suspended during review.
- Users must not assist a minor to bypass age controls.
5. Reporting child-safety concerns
Use the in-app report tool and select the child-safety category, or email support@orrbbit.com. Do not download, forward or reproduce suspected child sexual abuse material. Preserve only non-illegal contextual information such as usernames, timestamps and URLs where safe and lawful.
6. Orrbbit response
- Immediately restrict access to suspected prohibited material where technically and legally possible.
- Prioritise review, with a target initial assessment within 4 hours for credible child-exploitation reports.
- Suspend or terminate implicated accounts where warranted.
- Preserve relevant records in a secure and access-controlled manner.
- Report to law enforcement, child-protection authorities or legally designated reporting bodies where required or appropriate, including NCMEC where U.S. reporting obligations apply.
- Cooperate with lawful investigations while protecting unrelated user information.
7. Staff and contractor controls
- Access to child-safety reports is limited to trained authorised personnel.
- Personnel must follow secure evidence-handling and escalation procedures.
- Orrbbit will maintain incident logs and review repeated risk patterns.
- Anyone handling this material must comply with applicable laws; illegal material must not be unnecessarily copied or retained.
8. Victim-centred approach
Orrbbit will avoid blaming victims, minimise further distribution, protect confidentiality where possible and provide information about external support resources when appropriate.
9. Enforcement
Confirmed child exploitation results in permanent account removal and may result in preservation and reporting to authorities. Attempts to evade enforcement are prohibited.
