6. Counter-notice

A user who believes material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice to support@orrbbit.com identifying the material, explaining the basis for lawful use, providing contact details and consenting to the applicable legal process where required. Orrbbit may restore material where legally permitted and no court action is notified.

7. Repeat infringers

Orrbbit may warn, restrict or terminate users who repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual property rights. Evasion through new accounts is prohibited.

8. U.S. DMCA note

Before relying on U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe-harbour procedures, the legal operator should appoint and register a designated DMCA agent and publish the agent’s complete contact details. This draft does not represent that registration has occurred.

9. Trademark and impersonation complaints

Trademark, passing-off and brand impersonation complaints may be submitted to support@orrbbit.com with proof of rights and details of likely confusion or deception.
