Orrbbit provides a technology platform through which users may discover and contact independent professionals. Orrbbit does not itself provide the professional services listed by users and does not employ, supervise or control professionals.
2. No endorsement or guarantee
Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee. Orrbbit does not guarantee a professional’s identity, competence, licence status, insurance, availability, suitability, conduct, pricing, advice or outcome.
3. User due diligence
- Check qualifications and current licence status with the relevant regulator.
- Confirm scope, price, timing, cancellation terms and insurance before engaging.
- Ask whether the professional is authorised for the relevant jurisdiction.
- Seek a second opinion for high-risk or significant matters.
- Do not rely on reviews or badges as the sole basis for a decision.
4. Regulated and high-risk services
Medical, mental-health, legal, financial, engineering, building, childcare, security and other regulated services may require licences, registrations, professional obligations and insurance. Professionals must not offer regulated services unless properly authorised. Orrbbit is not a substitute for emergency, crisis or regulated advice.
5. Independent relationship
Any agreement for services is between the user and professional. The professional is responsible for scope, delivery, records, confidentiality, tax, insurance, refunds and compliance. Orrbbit is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated for a specific paid feature.
6. Professional information and reviews
Profile information is supplied by the professional and may change. Reviews are user opinions and may not reflect every experience. Users should report misleading or unsafe information.
7. Safety
Users should follow the Safety Centre Policy, use appropriate meeting locations and avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information. A session should be ended and reported if conduct is unsafe, exploitative, discriminatory or outside the agreed scope.
8. Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orrbbit is not responsible for acts, omissions or services of independent professionals. This does not exclude any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ongoing Credential Review
Orrbbit's verification process is intended to provide an additional layer of information for users but does not replace a user's own assessment of a professional.
Verified professional credentials are subject to periodic review. Orrbbit generally reviews credential information annually, and credentials may require renewed evidence within a maximum of 24 months or earlier where the underlying credential expires.
Orrbbit does not guarantee that a professional's qualifications, licence, registration, insurance, membership or other professional status will remain unchanged after a review has been completed.
