1. Purpose

This Policy explains practical safety expectations and Orrbbit’s safety controls. It does not eliminate risk and is not a substitute for personal judgement, professional advice or emergency assistance.

2. Before connecting

  • Review the profile, verification status, mutual context and available history.
  • Keep early communication within Orrbbit so report and block tools remain available.
  • Be cautious of urgent requests for money, personal documents, passwords, codes or off-platform contact.
  • Do not assume a badge, photo, review or professional title guarantees identity or conduct.
  • Trust discomfort; decline or block without explanation if needed.

3. Meeting in person

  • Meet in a public, populated place for initial meetings.
  • Tell a trusted person where you are going and when you expect to return.
  • Use independent transport and retain control of your way home.

  • Avoid sharing a home address or exact workplace until trust has been established.
  • Do not leave drinks or belongings unattended.
  • Leave immediately if boundaries are ignored or the situation feels unsafe.

  • Pause Radar when at home, at a sensitive location or when you do not want to be discoverable.
  • Do not post screenshots that reveal another person’s location.
  • Report suspected stalking, repeated following or location inference.
  • Disable location permission through device settings when not needed.

5. Professional-session safety

  • Confirm the service, price, duration, credentials and meeting format.

  • Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee.

6. Scams and financial safety

  • Never share passwords, one-time codes, banking login details or remote-access credentials.
  • Do not send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or deposits to a person you have not independently verified.
  • Treat guaranteed returns, urgent investment opportunities and requests to receive or transfer money as warning signs.
  • Use the payment method displayed by Orrbbit when paid features launch; off-platform payments may not be protected.

7. Harassment and unsafe conduct

Block the person, preserve relevant evidence and submit a report. Do not retaliate or arrange a confrontation. Orrbbit may preserve information, restrict accounts and contact authorities where lawful and appropriate.
