1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to businesses using Orrbbit Business features, in addition to the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility and authority

• The person registering a business must be authorised to act for that business.
• Business details (name, address, contact details, website) must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Business Verification

Business Verified means Orrbbit reviewed the specific business information defined by the Business Verification process. It does not guarantee product quality, service quality or venue safety. Verification may be removed if information becomes inaccurate or misleading.

4. Business features

• Business profiles, business events, promotions, analytics and reviews are being rolled out; the website Business area is currently a preview.
• Business subscription pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and becomes payable only when billing is activated, under the Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellations & Refunds policy.
• Sponsored or paid placement, if offered, will be clearly identified as such. Current availability: OWNER / LEGAL CONFIRMATION REQUIRED.

5. Orrbbit Meetup Spots

Orrbbit Verified Meetup Spot status means the location or business satisfied Orrbbit's stated participation or verification criteria. It does not guarantee personal safety, user conduct or incident-free meetings.

6. Prohibited conduct for businesses

• Misleading or false business claims, fake reviews or review manipulation.
• Unlawful products, services or promotions.
• Misuse of user data obtained through the platform.

7. Intellectual property

Businesses grant Orrbbit a licence to display the business content they submit for the purpose of operating the Service, and confirm they have the rights to that content.

8. Enforcement and termination

Breaches may result in content or event removal, verification removal, suspension or termination, following the Content Moderation, Reports & Appeals Policy.
