1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone offering or listing professional services through Orrbbit Professional Mode, in addition to the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
- Professionals must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to offer the services they list.
- Credentials, qualifications, licences and profile information must be accurate, current and not misleading.
- Credentials must be renewed before expiry; expired credentials may result in loss of Professional Verified status or listing restrictions.
3. Verification
Professional Verification confirms only the information Orrbbit actually checked. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of professional quality, suitability or outcome. Verification may be suspended or removed if information becomes inaccurate or misleading.
Regulated services (for example health, legal or financial services) may require additional review before listing: OWNER / LEGAL CONFIRMATION REQUIRED.
4. Professional chat
After a mutual connection, private in-app chat opens between the user and the professional. Professionals must communicate respectfully, must not harass, spam or pressure users, and must honour any confidentiality obligations that apply to their profession. Chat may be reviewed when reported or where reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
5. Services, fees and responsibility
- Any service agreement is between the user and the professional. Orrbbit is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee service quality or outcomes.
- Professionals are responsible for their own pricing accuracy, licences, insurance, tax and legal compliance.
- Paid features are not currently live; when activated, billing follows the Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellations & Refunds policy.
6. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, coerced or incentivised reviews are prohibited and may be removed.
7. Enforcement
Breaches may result in content removal, warning, verification removal, listing restriction, suspension or permanent removal, following the Content Moderation, Reports & Appeals Policy. Concerns can be raised via the Report a Concern page.
